Education is not a career; it is passion for learning and genuine commitment to quality education!

I am extremely proud to be an educator because as tremendous as it can be in terms of cognitive development, it extends to deep social and emotional development as well. Education is very critical, unlike other fields, because it involves minds, hearts, and well-being. Commitment, creativity, integrity, and knowledge are fundamental. Attention to details, utmost care, robust efforts, and genuine joy in being with learners, both students and staff, have shaped my experience into true fulfillment!

Fostering soft skills of the staff working with me has created a strong, distinguished climate and culture in all the organizations I have worked in. I have helped staff develop resilience, self-esteem, motivation, self-expression, potential, and joy in the workplace, trained and inspired staff and stakeholders to develop themselves cognitively, socially, and emotionally. Through workshops and global conferences, I have presented my curriculum designs, professional development programs, improvement research-based plans, and soft skills programs to hundreds of teachers and administrators.

Nature, well-being, conscientious sustainability are my additional areas of focus. I have always believed that there is a deeper path for our lives as individuals and particularly educators, unlocking realms that can only be attained through a keen eye and a transparent, alert mind!

2010-present

3rd Stage

Consultant & Trainer (Previously Director)

Those years as a teacher and a Head of Department set strong foundations for a more advanced role, which combined pedagogy with leadership skills. Those skills were becoming more evident as I created an exemplary climate and culture in the two schools I directed. The trinity of teaching, planning and designing curricula and data-analysis based improvement plans, inspecting and evaluating practices drew a broad view of education as a process that has no beginning and no end. I have conducted more than a hundred successful workshops, presented at global conferences, researched and contributed to education and growth. Despite my humble viewpoint of an array of wrong practices in schools worldwide and my strong belief in a joyful, stress- free child education, the result of a research I have worked on, merging with the 21st century demands cannot be neglected. So the journey continues....

2008-2011

2nd Stage

Head of Department

After excelling as a teacher, my dynamism served in having been selected to be Head of Senior English Department. That was my major in the university, so weaving the same canvas that I did as a teacher was very rewarding! My strategies extended to department practices and my distinguished skills were devised into professional development programs. That was when I discovered my impact on colleagues and staff the same effective way that it was with student learners. The English Department soared as a result and until today, my achievements are remembered with appreciation and role model reference.

1998-2008

1st Stage

TEACHER

I started teaching in a tutorial center, then as a grade one teacher in my homeland, Lebanon. After ten years I had taught all grade levels 1- 12. That was the first most prolific stage in my career life because inside the classroom walls and outside it during extracurricular activities, the joy I generated for myself and my learners was astounding. It was so self-fulfilling as I got to interact with those various age groups but most important to me, with those beautiful minds! I proudly say I have enriched their lives and simultaneously enriched mine!

Stemming from the importance of aligning with standards, norms, and protocols, schools have to validate their practices and policies for the purpose of being globally competent and internationally oriented and recognized. I am a certified accreditation professional and STEM evaluator. I have worked on rigorous data-analysis and evidence-based processes, assisting schools to set short and long term plans for improvement. I have also designed TransKPI Track, a tool that helps in data analysis for accurate evaluation and quality outcomes.
